ServiMaps company has won the first edition in Cantabria XXI Entrepreneur Award, which promotes ‘la Caixa’ collaboration with the Society for Regional Development of Cantabria (SODERCAN). This contest, set in the days of Entrepreneur Day, seeks to foster the development of innovative companies and consolidate their growth.
Of the 11 participating companies, six are from the service sector, four new technologies and engineering. Of these, the regional technical committee selected ServiMaps as the company had established a greater degree of innovation.
Pi Group has been one of the two finalists of the Entrepreneur XXI award in Cantabria. This SME, located at the Center for Innovation and Enterprise Camargo, develops design projects and monitoring of industrial machinery for the automotive industry. The winning company also performs welding tools and repair projects and maintenance of heavy machinery.
The second finalist, SILECMAR, is an engineering company specializing in process automation for ship-fishing industry.
This SME has developed a pioneering maneuver control system for fishing boats, tugs and purse seiners and technological innovation projects for the fisheries sector. Other lines of business are designing automation projects, industrial automation and training.
SILECMAR apply new technologies in automatic process control in the fisheries sector, allowing you to improve worker safety and save energy.
All contestants winners will benefit from preferred form of equity financial instruments of ‘la Caixa’.
