Full Control – Autotrawl System

The SILECRED system was designed to fully automate maneuvers involved in cable winches.

Initially implemented in trawlers to control fishing winches (shooting, trawling and heaving), later it was used to control the maneuvers of purse seine/tuna vessels and to tugboats. Currently its implementation is widespread and its flexibility allows it to adapt to the specific needs of each installation.

In addition to providing information of the maneuver, the system makes this one of the most efficient way because it includes different automatic control modes to select the most convenient operating mode.

Automatic Winch and unattended and safety maneuver. Increase the activity efficiency with a robust system and intuitive and easy to use.

Efficiency by reducing gear damage and giving more life to the cable and winches. Fishing efficiency with trawling control modes (constant tensión, trawl geometry, turn function, ..) and heaving (in purse seine / tuna vessels). And fuel efficiency, optimizing maneuvers and directly controlling fuel consumption (compatible with FCM, fuel consumption management systems).

FEATURES:

Simple Operation:

Through the touch screen, the user needs only interact with the system to reset the counters at the start of the maneuver or when he makes modifications in the stowed cable on the winch. Very intuitive graphic interface.

Robust System:

Hardware platform based on Programmable Controllers (PLCs) and Touch Screen (HMI). It not depends on OS and it is developed for a continuous work (24 hours, 365 days per year).

Electrical or Hydraulic Winches Control:

The system can be used in hydraulic systems (open/closed circuits, low/médium/high pressure) and in electrical systems (AC & DC).

Modular & Scalable:

With new functionalities such as pumps control, CCTV or any of the our FCM system functionalities. Totally customizable system.

Different Applicactions:

OTHER VERSIONS

The SILECRED basic version allows the real time monitoring of the winches. The system displayed the wire lenghts, the winch speed / working regimen (RPM & m/min or ft/min). Moreover, the system allows the Wire Tension monitoring (depending on winch system).
